Here at Retailous, we’re trying our best to navigate our way through these troubled times. We wanted to write this blog to let you all know that we’re all in this together, and we’re here for you. Over the last few years, the Retailous family has been outstanding in offering support to other parents, and in these uncertain times, this is something that we need more than ever.
We wanted to communicate what we do to help keep everyone safe and assured whilst making sure everyone has access to baby and new parents’ essentials during this period.
We have a fantastic team at our HQ and we are all doing all that we can to keep operations running. We are all working from home apart from our hard-working dispatch team, whose health is our priority, and we are following recommendations from Public Health and WHO with our hygiene and PPE in our warehouse.
We are currently seeing a surge in sales due to supermarkets running out of essentials and online retailers being more in demand. Please bear with us during this time as we are experiencing a high volume of sales with a limited team, and we’re trying our hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. Currently, it may take up to 72 hours before we pack your order.
We are sending out orders until we cannot logistically do so anymore.
Retailous is working hard to maintain items and deliver them to you. However, due to COVID-19 now being declared a pandemic and with increased restrictions, there are very few flights and high demand therefore delivery times may be longer than usual as shipping companies and our manufacturers are struggling to keep up with demand.
Please avoid using delivery addresses to buildings that may be closed due to the current guidelines (e.g. schools and non-essential work places).
We also urge everyone to follow government guidelines in regards to social distancing, working from home where possible and hand washing, especially now that we get to spend a lot more time with our families and little ones.
